Brief Introduction :

MAXWAY hydraulic extendable pontoon undercarriage is designed for working in narrow working place and road (truck) transportation.

Excavator operator could operate hydraulic system to adjust the width of pontooon undercarriage from 4700---5700mm easily.

Construction: --- MAXWAY Amphibious excavator undercarriage ( Pontoons) is manufactured from Q345B ( Cr50 ) or A36 steel

plate. So, they are allowed to be used in brackish water without affecting the pontoon's structural integrity.The pontoon bottoms are

also reinforced for rough terrain operation. Each pontoon has 3 independent watertight compartments ensuring pontoon buoyanc ,

if one of them is broken.

Track shoes : --- Track shoes of MAXWAY pontoon undercarriage are made of specially produced Q345B Steel. They are

strong enough to support the whole amphibious excavator.Also, the wide and thick track shoes could help the MAXWAY Amphibious

excavator walking ( Floating and swimming on water) faster.

Track chains : --- We assemble 3 rows of chains on each pontoon. It is more reliable and durable than 2-chain pontoon. Also,

the 3-chain could raise the track shoes strength when walking on rough terrains. MAXWAY Amphibious excavator track chains are

made of super durable 40Cr special steel. This high quality steel can guarantee long-life of chains. So, it is safer to work on deep water.

Hydraulic drive: --- According to users' requests, we could install 2 or 4 travel motor assembles on each pontoon undercarriage

(amphibious excavator undercarriage). Usually, we choose DOOSAN or JEIL brands travel motors.They are reliable quality and very

reasonable prices. Besides, DOOSAN and JEIL travel motor could supply very enough power to drive the amphibious excavators.

* Quality warranty: 1 year or 1500 working hours for pontoons,chains and track shoes, 6 months for traveling motors and other hydraulic parts. Whichever occurs first.
