We MAXWAY MACHINE COMPANY LTD (MMCL) is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of amphibious excavator, amphibious pontoon undercarriage,

Our MAXWAY series amphibious pontoon undercarriages are designed for 5 Ton to 40 Ton class excavators.

You only need to tell us the excavator brands and models (Eg:HITACHI 200, PC200, CAT350.....), we could produce suitable pontoon undercarriage for you.

Pontoons : --- MAXWAY Amphibious excavator undercarriage ( Pontoons) is manufactured from Q355B or A36 steel plate.

They are allowed to be used in brackish water without affecting the pontoon's structural integrity.

The pontoon bottoms are also reinforced for rough terrain operation.

Track shoes : ---Track shoes of MAXWAY pontoon undercarriage are made of specially alloy steel.

They are strong enough to support the whole amphibious excavator.

Also, the wide and thick track shoes could help the MAXWAY Amphibious excavator walking ( floating and swimming in water) faster in deep water.

Track chains : --- MAXWAY Amphibious pontoon track chains are made of super durable titanium alloy and 40Cr special alloy.

This high quality steel can guarantee long-life of chains. So, it is safer to work on deep water.

Hydraulic travel motors :--- According to users' requests, we could install 2 or 4 travel motor assembles in the pontoon

undercarriage (amphibious excavator undercarriage). Usually, we choose DOOSAN brands hydraulic travel motors.

They are world famous brand and super reliable quality.
